RealRobo ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we process it, and the choices you have. We comply with Indian data-protection laws, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

• Identity & Contact Data: name, email, verified mobile number.
• Account Credentials: username, password, Lapu ID, PIN, API keys.
• Transaction Data: details and reports of operations executed via your Lapu SIM.
• Technical Data: IP address, device, browser type, log files.
• Cookies & Analytics: browsing behaviour captured via first- and third-party cookies (see Section 5).
• RealRobo serves adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect data from children.

We collect data to:

• verify and manage your account;
• connect and automate your Lapu SIM transactions;
• deliver customer support and send service communications;
• improve, secure, and personalise the Platform;
• comply with legal obligations and prevent fraud;
• send optional marketing (with your consent).

Your information enables:

• execution and status tracking of Lapu transactions;
• secure login (with optional 2-factor authentication);
• troubleshooting and analytics to refine features;
• marketing messages you can opt-out of at any time;
• law-enforcement cooperation where legally required.

We use:

• Essential cookies – core site functions (auth, API sessions).
• Performance cookies – traffic analytics and error monitoring.
• Marketing cookies – personalised offers (only with consent).

We never sell your data. We share it only with:

• trusted service providers (hosting, payments, analytics) under strict contracts;
• law-enforcement or regulators when legally compelled;
• another entity in the event of merger or acquisition;

Data is stored on secure servers in India and abroad with strong encryption. Retention:

• User-package records: 5 years
• Transaction data: 28 days

After these periods, data is permanently deleted. You may download your records at any time.

Protections include TLS encryption, 2-factor auth, access controls, and regular security audits. You must keep your credentials secret and enable 2FA for best protection.

Our service relies on external network operators, hosting, and payment gateways. Disruptions on their side may affect availability. RealRobo is not liable for outages or inaccuracies originating from those providers.

We process data based on your consent, contract performance, legal obligations, and our legitimate interests in operating and protecting the Platform, in line with Indian law.

The Platform may reference external sites. We are not responsible for their privacy practices. Review their policies before sharing data.

We may update this Policy from time to time. Major changes will be notified via email or in-app banner. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
