RealRobo is committed to high service standards and transparency. This Policy sets the terms for cancellations, refunds, plan changes, and our reliance on third‑party operators.
2. Service Cancellation
To cancel a subscription, email support@realrobo.in with your account details. Once processed:
- Access is revoked immediately.
- All active plans are non‑refundable, whether used or not.
- Automation services linked to your Lapu SIM cease.
3. Non‑Refundable Policy
Payments become final at activation. RealRobo does not issue refunds—partial or full—for unused time, third‑party interruptions, or any other reason. Please confirm plan suitability before purchase.
4. Plan Upgrades & Downgrades
- Upgrades: Pay only the price difference; validity aligns with original expiry; upgrade is irreversible during the term.
- Downgrades: Not permitted mid‑term. Choose a lower plan only after the current plan expires.
5. Third‑Party Dependencies
Our automation relies on external network operators and hosting providers. Outages or changes on their side may disrupt service. RealRobo is not liable and cannot offer refunds for such downtime.
6. Payment Issues & Refunds
- Stuck payments: Refunds are processed by the gateway within 4–7 business days.
- Plan not activated: Contact us to complete activation.
- Double‑check payment details to avoid delays.
7. Finality of Payments
All transactions are irrevocable once the plan is active. No reimbursements for downtime, under‑utilisation, or termination.
8. Right to Terminate Services
RealRobo may suspend or terminate accounts—without refund—for policy breaches, fraud, or security risks. We comply with applicable law for any exceptions.
